My name is Marta Guardincerri. I’m an Italian Casting Director with a background in film production and acting, and over a decade of experience working across advertising, film and television.

I studied Film Production at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome and trained as an actress for almost ten years in Italy and Spain. My experience on both sides of the camera has shaped my approach to casting, combining a strong understanding of production with a deep knowledge of actors, performance and the audition process.

Throughout my career, I have worked with production companies, agencies and directors on international projects, from commercial campaigns for brands such as Adidas, Apple and Google to film and television productions. I’m currently based in Mexico City and continue to work internationally, with a particular focus on Italy and Spain and on remote casting support.
